Long Interval Run: 4x800 w/3 min rest
Bodybuilding is hard enough on it's own but imagine trying to lift weights without having full control over your body.
This week officially starts my training for the half marathon. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but, I'm experimenting with this new training technique.
The plan is to use a plan from PowerSpeedEndurance (what used to be Crossfit Endurance) to combine "functional fitness" with running to get faster.
